▼ Step 1 - Establish a Budget
Establishing a budget will help us determine the design and size or your home. It will also help us assist you with purchasing and for your new home in case you haven't already done so. The only thing your budget won't dictate is the quality of the home we build you. We will never let budget come before quality!
▼ Step 2 - Establish a Building Site
We can assist you in the site selection to best determine your wants and needs. We have a very detailed understanding of plats, easements, zoning regulations, as well as covenants and restrictions with individual subdivisions. We've purchased and assisted with numerous land purchases so you can be assured we'll find the best location for your dream home.
▼ Step 3 - Designing the Home
With your concepts and vision for your dream home we'll design a home that fit's your budget as well as incorporates the best use of the building site. We'll work closely to make sure every detail of the design is incorporated into the final blueprint of your dream home.
▼ Step 4 - Specific Contract Pricing
With the design of your new home established we'll establish a price for the new home you can count on. Not only will you be guaranteed the price, but our quality is detailed and very specific in our contracts. Every aspect of the quality we propose to build is spelled out in our contracts. From the spacing of re-bar placement in concrete all the way down to the finishing touches on your home every aspect of the construction process is spelled out so you can be confident in the work we propose to complete.
In the contract we also provide you with very specific and detailed allowances. We'll establish an allowance for the items you can choose in your home all based on your material preferences and finished home budget. Our suppliers will work closely with you to make sure you get the best product for the best price, or your free to buy it anywhere else.
Finally, in our contract we provide you with a very detailed payment plan so that both you and your financial institution can be confident in.
▼ Step 5 - Financing
With your blueprints and contract we'll work closely with your financial institution to make sure your home site and finished product are of fair market value. Our contracts are so detailed both appraisers, and underwriters have little to question as every single aspect of the construction phase is spelled out.
▼ Step 6 - Construction
Once financing is in place we'll work diligently to make sure your home is finished on time, on budget, and on design. We'll work closely with our trusted subcontractors to make sure every aspect of quality spelled out in the contract is delivered to create the best home we can build. We'll work closely with you the customer on questions you may have through the process, and develop an open line of communication you can count on, and of course your always welcome to stop by the job site and check on the progress.
▼ Step 7 - Completion of Home
Once your home is completed we'll perform a final walk through to make sure everything is exactly the way you expect it. We'll provide you with a certificate of occupancy from the local municipality. We'll provide necessary lien waivers, and construction affidavits to your bank.
Provide service after the sale: Once you've moved into your new home you can be assured that we'll be there to make sure any warranty issues are taken care of promptly. If you need routine maintenance we'll be happy to assist with your needs long after your home is new.
